Anxiety, stress, and worry plague every person of almost every age to some extent. Studies show that almost one in three middle to high school students suffers from severe anxiety, just from pressures of their daily tasks and society’s expectations. 

The Bible says to cast all our anxieties on Him because He (God) cares for us (John 5:7). In Philippians we’re promised that “the peace of God, which passé the all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds.” God wants us to leave worry at the feet of the cross and instead “by prayer and supplication” make our requests to Him. Leave your burdens in the hands of the one who created you, and turn your worry into worship.
